ORGANIC WASTE TREATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste treating system having excellent decomposition ratio of an organic substance. SOLUTION: The organic waste treating system is provided with an apparatus (a decomposing apparatus) for decomposing organic substances contained in the organic waste and a methane fermentation apparatus and the system includes a process for decomposing the organic substances contained in the organic waste by ultra thermophilic anaerobic bacteria under an anaerobic atmosphere at≥60°C, a process for feeding decomposed matters obtained in the decomposing apparatus to the methane fermentation apparatus, and a process for methane-fermenting the decomposed matters in the methane fermentation apparatus under an anaerobic atmosphere.
