PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat cushion producing method for reducing a production cost, raising reuse property, and firmly reinforcing a part to be reinforced in a seat cushion pad with a reinforcing member, and also to provide a vehicle seat cushion produced by the method. SOLUTION: A foam resin material is foamed to mold the seat cushion pad 1 having a reinforcing member storage recession at the part to be reinforced. The reinforcing member 5 formed by laminating a plurality of paper corrugated bodies 4 is attached to the reinforcing member storage recession in the seat cushion pad 1 so as to allow the axial center O of each space 4c to be obtained in a loading direction.
