PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of film hair on blanking and the subsequent drawing even when blanks are blanked from the whole of a resin-coated metallic sheet at a high yield by preventing the formation of shrinkage knobs in the edge part of a film in the resin-coated metallic sheet. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film 3 is laminated to a metallic sheet via a thermosetting adhesive layer 4 having a width slightly narrower than the film width so that the thermoplastic resin film 3 is directly stuck by heat to the film edge part (directly pasted part 3a) not formed with the adhesive layer. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin film 3 is made amorphous to produce a resin-coated metallic sheet 1. Using the resin-coated metallic sheet 1, many blanks are blanked from the whole including the directly pasted part 3a in the film edge part, and are drawn so as to be a cup shape. The directly pasted part 3a is subjected to trimming and is removed in the subsequent trimming stage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
