PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method capable of providing both effects by a whole-body energizing method for conditioning an autonomic nervous system and an endocrine system without switching the use mode of a potential treatment device body and changing an output terminal and a local energizing method for promoting the blood circulation and metabolism of a body local structure.
