<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the unitary management of various health information on individuals and allow forms of various layouts to be easily output depending on its purpose. <P>SOLUTION: The health management support system 1 according to the present invention comprises: an individual health information storing means 11 having stored therein individual health information which is information on individual health, a parts information storage means 12 having stored therein information on a plurality of form parts which refer to the individual health information and display the contents thereof, and a layout means 23 comprising: a displaying means which displays, on a screen, a parts list including the plurality of form parts and a base area for the form parts arrangement, a parts arranging means which selects arbitrary form parts from the parts list and arranges the form parts in the base area according to an operation for arrangement in the base area of the form, and a layout generating means which generates layout information on the form based on the form parts arranged in the base area and the arrangement of the form parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
