PURPOSE: An electric screwdriver having a photo sensor is provided to fasten bolts on parts of an assembly at the torque determined by a user. CONSTITUTION: A spring(13) compressed in an electric screwdriver is set with a tension adjuster by a user to have a certain tension. The electric screw rotates up to the torque determined by the user. A photo sensor(7) detects the torque state of the screwdriver to send signals to a controller so as to drive a motor. The motor rotates a roller rotor to drive a bit(17) of the screwdriver in the certain tensional force determined by the user. The screwdriver fastens bolts on assembly parts in the predetermined torque.
