<p>A clamping device for supporting floor boards comprises a snapper 21, a first rib 22 and a second rib 23 extending upwardly from the base member 20 and adapted to be received in floor boards 10 for connecting the floor boards. The base member has a f -shaped bracket 24 extending from a first end of the base member and a T-shaped space 25, 26 defined in the second end of the base member 20. The f -shaped bracket 24 is reciprocally and movably received in the T-shaped space of an adjacent base member so that adjacent base memberscan be clamped together. The clamping device allows relative movement between base members 20 allowing for thermal expansion of the floor boards.</p> |
