PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed resin molding laminated and integrated with a synthetic resin layer on the surface. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the foamed resin molding comprises the steps of: previously coating a bag 4 made of a synthetic resin not molded to a shape coincident with a protrusion 21 shape of a male mold 2 on the protrusion 21 of the mold 2; molding the bag 4 toward the surface of the protrusion 21 of the mold 2 while performing evacuation into vacuum, then filling foamable synthetic resin particles 5 in a cavity 3 formed by clamping female and male molds 1, 2, heating to foam the particles 5 to manufacture the foamed resin molding 6 laminated and integrated with a synthetic resin layer 61 on the inner surface. Thus, the mold for molding to mold the bag in shape coincide with the protruding shape of the male mold and the recess shape of the female mold is not required, and one type of the bag can be used for general purposes of manufacturing the foamed resin molding in a predetermined similar range without being restricted to a shape of a specific foamed resin molding.
