FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes incision of mucous membrane, perichondrium and cartridge from one side with leaving intact perichondrium and mucous membrane from opposite side. Incision of mucous membrane, perichondrium and cartilage is performed by single-step with help of knife for blind resection of nasal septum. Knife is made in form of two hinged branches with handles on long ends. One of short ends of branches has platform. The second short end of branches has cutting member. Short ends of branches have window in their middle part. Gap is provided between said platform and cutting member. Gap size is variable with help of adjusting screw.
