PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply transfer an answer message from a receiving party having received a voice mail to a voice mail sending party. SOLUTION: The system stores voice messages (voice mails) addressed to users A, B, C of telephone terminals 101, 102, 103 from a sending terminal 104 of a caller (voice mail sending party) in a voice storage module 109; calls a telephone terminal corresponding to a telephone number equal to a calling schedule to transfer associated voice messages in the voice storage module to the user of this telephone terminal; stores an answer message from the user of the telephone terminal after transferring the voice messages in a terminating party voice storage module 111; and, after end of storing the answer message, restores and sends the answer message stored in the storage module 111 to the sending terminal to make the caller hear it.
