PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operating object system, a remote operating apparatus, an object to be operated, a remote operating method and computer software capable of preventing the object to be operated from getting control off by an operator, achieving an operable area across a wide area, allowing a sensor attached to the object to be operated to acquire surrounding information to transfer the information to the operating apparatus via the same communication path, and acquiring information needed by the operator for operations. SOLUTION: In the system comprising an object to be operated 4 and a remote operating apparatus 1 for remotely operating the object 4, the operating apparatus 1 has a transmission part for transmitting operation information to transmit to the object 4 through a data communication path 61 including radio communication via a base station, and the object 4 has a reception part for receiving the operation information transmitted through the communication path 61.
