PURPOSE: A chemical treatment method of waste shell powder as a supplement material is provided, to use the waste shell as a filler, a sand substitute and a supplement material for construction material. CONSTITUTION: The chemical treatment method comprises the step of treating the pulverized waste shell with sulfuric acid to substitute the surface of shell whose main component is calcium carbonate(CaCO3) with calcium sulfate(CaSO4).
