<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business control device for supporting the control of a project. <P>SOLUTION: Information is accumulated by registering information on the project, information on employees, and information on disclosed Q and A in databases by inputting from the terminals of users. Also, the information is displayed on the terminals of the users by retrieving the databases by the requests from the users. The number of the information accessed from the users for reference and the number of the answers to questionnaires after the reference in which the users reply that the information could be used as a reference are counted as the number of references, and stored in the databases. These number of accesses and the number of references are provided to the users so that the users can easily determine the usability of the information. In addition, the degree of the usability of the information is automatically determined, and the highly usable information is preferentially provided to the users to reduce a labor for the users to search the highly usable information.
