PURPOSE: A combined frameless umbrella and parasol of a colored tube type with a light is provided to offer a good appearance, avoid the risk of an injury or wound, and make it easy to carry because of its lightweight property. CONSTITUTION: The combined umbrella and parasol allows a free air injection and discharge when an air injection cylinder(9) is operated, is provided with an electric bulb(13) and a switch(15), is equipped with a colored shade(1) with various colors and a gripe(2). The colored tube type shade(1) and the gripe(2) are screw-assembled to a storage portion(8) mounted with the air injection cylinder(9). The bulb(13) and a rechargeable cell(17) are stored in the storage portion(8). The cell switch(15) and a cell filler opening(16) are provided at the outside thereof. An air discharge rotating cap(5) and a water-resistant pocket(12) with a velcro tape are provided.
