<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a topped cap seal for hygienically covering and protecting a mouth of a beverage filled container or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The topped cap seal comprises a circular flat top (10), a tubular heat-shrinkable plastic film (20) put over the top, and an upper opening end rim of the tubular film heat-bonded to a peripheral area on the external side face of the top. The top (10) comprises a laminate including a base sheet (11) made of a heat-resistant plastic sheet and surface layers (14<SB>1</SB>) and (14<SB>2</SB>) made of an amorphous polyester film formed on the side of the upper surface of the sheet. The tubular film (20) is made of a polyester and has its upper opening end rim heat-bonded with the surface layer on the upper surface side of the top. A coloring ink print layer (12) is provided between the base sheet (11) and the surface layer (14<SB>1</SB>) or (14<SB>2</SB>). The cap seal may comprise a layer structure with the coloring ink print layer (12) omitted by using a sheet including a coloring agent as the base sheet (11). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
