PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for a roller bearing in which the long life of the roller bearing is achieved by stably supplying grease with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The lubricating device 10 for the roller bearing has the roller bearing 1 including a pair of track wheels 2 and 3, a holder 5 disposed between the pair of track wheels, and a plurality of rolling elements 4 held by the holder 5. The lubricating device 10 for the roller bearing supplies lubricating oil to the bearing space of the roller bearing 1 by using a slinger effect due to pressure difference generated in the one axial bearing space of the rolling elements 4 and the other axial bearing space.
