PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum laminate plate or an aluminum alloy laminate plate, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the aluminum laminate plate or the aluminum alloy laminate plate, an aluminum or an aluminum alloy is friction-cladded on a surface of a metal plate to be laminated on the aluminum or aluminum alloy, the friction-cladded plate is cut to the size of the metal plate, and a surface thereof is machined to a specified thickness, and hot-rolled to obtain the aluminum laminate plate or the aluminum alloy laminate plate.
