<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting by discriminating the expression states of m-RNA of human-derived tissue type plasminogen activator, urokinase type plasminogen activator, plasminogen activator receptor and tissue factors from those of m-RNA of nude mouse-derived tissue type plasminogen activator, urokinase type plasminogen activator, plasminogen activator receptor and tissue factors among coagulation and fibrinolysis factors. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detection comprises performing the PCR by using oligonucleotides having base sequences homologous to oligonucleotides expressed e.g. by the sequences 1 and 2 as primers.
