DOCUMENT SECURITY SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A document security system is provided to perfectly evade a risk for the document outflow by an insider, to minimize the network management, and to protect the intellectual property of a company through the safe management of an original document file. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(200) has a document security agent(210) generating a user ID key. A document security server(100) is connected to the user computer(200) and a document database storing the document file, registers the user ID key transmitted from the user computer(100), and downloads the document file to the user computer(100) by encrypting the document file through the registered user ID key. The user ID key is generated by using the information extracted from the hardware information of the user computer(100).
