<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomic oscillator which has its structure simplified and is easy to assemble. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A solenoid coil for an electrodeless discharger of a rubidium lamp is constituted by forming a plurality of parallel conductor lines at a flexible portion of a rigid flexible substrate, looping the flexible portion to wind the rubidium lamp, and connecting one end and the other end of each of the conductor lines while shifting them by one array. A solenoid coil for adjusting the resonance frequency of a resonance cell is constituted in one body by forming a resonator of a conductor pattern at a flexible portion, looping the flexible portion to wind the resonance cell, bringing the resonator into contact with the resonance cell, forming a plurality of parallel conductor lines in each of upper and lower areas of the resonator on the flexible portion, looping the flexible portion to wind the resonance cell, and connecting one end and the other end of each of the conductor lines while shifting them by one array.
