PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device applicable to water-stop between a shield having a plurality of preceding cutter and a shaft. SOLUTION: The sealing device (16) is applied between the shield (10) having the circumferential surface on which a simultaneous backfilling grouting pipe and a plurality of cutters (24) prior thereto are arranged and an opening (14) of the starting or arrival shaft (12) allowable for the shield to pass through. The sealing device (16) consisting of an elastic body of a bubble structure includes a hole used as the hole (27) allowable for the shield to pass through and elastically widened by the passing shield and a plurality of slits (28) extended in the direction of the axis of the hole (27) bored in part widened by the preceding cutters of the shield.
