PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition which exerts a fog resistance immediately after film formation and retains it over a long period of time, and its film. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition showing the excellent fog resistance is prepared by compounding 1-40 pts.wt. polyvinyl alcohol polymer and 0.1-5 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant with 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin.
