<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an unmanned carrier light in weight and to omit the traverser of a sheet transfer device on a processor side. <P>SOLUTION: The unmanned carrier 1 is provided with a load carrying platform without an operation part, and a carrying object is mounted on it. A processor 16 is provided with a sheet transfer device 19 for transferring a liquid crystal plate 11 housed in the carrying object from the unmanned vehicle into the processor directly.
