<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a winding apparatus compact in size. <P>SOLUTION: A flier 5 provided rotatably around a fixed shaft 3 fixed to a fixing stand is rotated by a toothed belt. An inner shaft 4 is provided rotatably within the fixed shaft and is coupled with the flier, using a U-shaped plate, at the axial end face on the side of its motor core. A wire guide 8 is supported relatively rotatably on the inner shaft and is put in a stationary state to the fixed shaft, being magnetically attracted by magnets 16 and 17. The inner shaft and the flier are coupled with each other in a simple structure, thus the winder can be compactified; the axial length can be shortened because there is no need to provide a wire gide retaining mechanism; the run-out during rotation is suppressed; and also the moment of inertia becomes small, high-speed start and high-speed rotation become possible, so that the winding work time is shortened, and productivity can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
