<p>System for remote monitoring of patients under treatment comprises apparatus for measuring physiological parameter and control system for measurement and treatment apparatus linked to it by wireless network. System for remote monitoring of bodily functions of mammals, especially humans, under treatment comprises: (1) an apparatus (11) for measuring a physiological parameter; (2) a PC (15, 16) for displaying the parameters; (3) an input device for controlling the measuring apparatus, apparatus for treating the patient or for generating a warning signal on a second PC (23); and (4) a wireless network (GSM) connecting the measurement and treatment devices and the two PC's. An Independent claim is included for a similar system in which monitoring and control is automatic.</p> |
