PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system certainly realizing a train detection in which the whole of an on-rail detection device by a track circuit is made with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The transmitting device 11a adds the first intrinsic symbol data to a train detection signal receiving from a ground control device 100 and sends it to a track circuit. The receiving device 11b adds the second intrinsic symbol data to the train detection signal added with the first intrinsic symbol data received from the track circuit and sends it to the ground control device 100. The ground control device 100 checks whether or not the data inputted from the receiving device 11b are coincident with the content of the data previously determined. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
