<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyester film used for a bottle label and especially, for a label which has a paper-like appearance on its surface and also has the appearance of Japanese paper extremely reduced in the generation of creases, shrink irregularity and distortion due to shrinkage. <P>SOLUTION: This film has a film thickness difference of not less than 3 μm per 1 cm of length in the main shrinking direction and the direction crossing the main shrinking direction at a right angle of the film and contains cavities in the film and is characterized in that an average cavity diameter is not more than 5 μm in the surface layer part of one side in the thickness direction of the film and not less than 15 μm in the center of the thickness direction of the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
