Two contact drums which carry on their surface contacting areas to correspond to a conductivity-versus-density diagram are rotated in synchronism with each other by a density potentiometer. Insulated contact pins can slide on them, controlled and moved by a conductivity potentiometer in the same sense. The contacts operate relays which automatically regulate the concentration of the electrolyte.
