PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely assume a flowing state of fluid. SOLUTION: This method comprises preparing a mutual recurrence plot on the basis of time-series information provided by a detecting element 101 in an upstream side and time-series information provided by a detecting element 102 in a downstream side, forming delaying vectors each having a predetermined dimension on the basis of the mutual recurrence plot, reconfiguring an attractor, and making the recurrence plot having two variables. Then, it can be judged by the method whether the sound flow from the upstream side to the downstream side exists or the flow stagnates, according to whether a line segment parallel to a diagonal line exists or not, because a strong flow between the two detecting elements 101 and 102 is expressed, if it exists, and the line segment parallel to the diagonal line on the recurrence plot with the two variables.
