PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold connector prevented from deterioration of water proofing property caused by heat-shrinkage of a sheathing body. SOLUTION: A case connection part 22, extending outward in the direction of crossing an axis line of a shield wire 10 and connected to the shield case 51, is formed to a connection member 20, and adhesive agent 28 (sealing means) is applied to the whole outer peripheral part of the case connection part 22, and a cylinder-shaped sealing part 41, extending along the case connection part 22 and surrounding the adhesive agent 28, is formed to a sheathing body 40. As the cylinder-shaped sealing part 41 shrinks by heat so as to reduce the diameter when molding the sheathing body, the cylinder-shaped sealing part 41 tightly contacts with the adhesive agent 28, consequently, a high sealing property is obtained at the interface between the sealing agent 28 and the cylinder-shaped sealing part 41.
