PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor housing of such structure that can be easily disassembled separately by each part, in a motor housing consisting of a plurality of parts. SOLUTION: The motor housing 2 has a yoke 3 and first and second end frames 4 and 5, which close openings 3a and 3d at both ends of that yoke 3. Then, a fastening shaft 16 is passed between a fixing part 4b provided outside, in the radial direction of the first end frame 4 and a fixing part 5c provided outside in the radial direction in a position apart from the fixing part 4b in the second end frame 5 so that it is exposed from the periphery 3e of the yoke 3, and is fastened to fix the yoke 3 and each end frames 4 and 5.
