PURPOSE: A method of producing a health supplementary food by mixing the fruit fresh of Mume Fructus and Schizandrae Fructus with Theae folium and liquid fructose is provided. The food product removes hangover and fatigue and is thus effectively used as a health supplementary food. CONSTITUTION: In the process for preparing a health supplementary food, 5 parts by weight of liquid fructose is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the fruit fresh of 55 to 63% by weight of Mume Fructus and 45 to 37% by weight of Schizandrae Fructus. Then, 0.5 to 3kg of Theae folium is added to 1kg of the mixed fruit fresh, followed by steaming and drying.
