The system is located in a door/window frame with an open profile facing a wall (3). A ventilation channel has an outlet (9) facing into an inside space (I), and an intake (8) in an outside space (II), and a chamber (5) for filter, and/or heat and/or sound insulation material. The chamber is located within a hollow profile (6), which is formed by the open profile (4) of the door/window frame (1) and an angled part (7) next to and/or engaging on the wall. The angled part has two or three sections (7.1,7.2,7.3). The profile and the angled part may be single or multi-sectional parts.
