The airbag has an opening for connection to a gas generator and an internal deflector unit (18) with fabric diffuser part (20). The diffuser part is connected to the part of the airbag around its opening, via a fabric distance part (22). This part has web-like sections and an aperture for the gas generator. Both fabric parts are mainly circular, and are glued or sewn together. |
