PURPOSE: A panel bent prevention device of mold is provided, which is capable of minimizing bent of panel during the panel forming process using upper and lower metal molds. CONSTITUTION: In a panel bent prevention device of mold comprising upper mold die(210) and lower mold punch, the panel bent prevention device of mold comprises a resting part(240) formed at the inner side of a contact surface of the upper mold die contacted with a projecting surface of the lower mold punch; a connection plate(250) connected thus fixed to the resting part; and a buffer part(230) for maintaining the contact state with the connection plate according to transmission of an external force in the state that the buffer part is inserted into the resting part and relieving bent by spreading bent generated during panel forming operation of the upper mold die and lower mold punch to the circumferential part of the panel, wherein a fixed groove(242) is formed at the center of the resting part so that the connection plate is inserted into, thus connected and fixed to the fixed groove, wherein a hole for attaching bolt is formed at the center of the connection plate, and the connection plate and fixing groove are connected by bolt(260), and wherein the buffer part is formed of urethane that is a wear resistant rubber having compressibility.
