PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot controller simulator for highly accurately simulating a robot controller by using functional software mounted on the robot controller for driving a manipulator without connecting the robot controller for driving the manipulator. SOLUTION: This robot controller simulator simulates the function of the robot controller by using a computer 1 including a storage memory 10 and an operating system 11, and has the functional software 2 mounted on the robot controller for driving the manipulator, an operating system connecting part 3 for connecting the functional software 2 and the operating system 11, and a memory address converting part 4 for converting a memory address of the robot controller for driving the manipulator into an address of the storage memory 10 included in the computer 1.
