PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the height of a pillow not fitting the preferences of users adjustable simply to match the preferences of the users. SOLUTION: A housing part that allows housing of a height supplementing member is formed on the bottom surface part of the side fabric of a pillow covering it, and in the housing part, an opening part for inserting the height supplementing member is formed each at both horizontal ends and on the longitudinal head part side of the pillow by sewing both the horizontal ends of the pillow on the longitudinal neck part side and on the longitudinal head part side thereof on the bottom surface part. The housing part is provided with a gusset part with a thickness of about 1 to 2 cm from the longitudinal neck part side, and the height supplementing member is inserted from the opening part on the longitudinal head part side or at both the horizontal ends of the pillow, thereby making the height of the pillow simply adjustable to match that as the users like.
