PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component having superior characteristics that is especially easy to miniaturize concerning the coil component. SOLUTION: The coil component is provided with a conductor layer 3 on at least a partial surface of an insulating layer 2, and is made a conductor- insulated layer wherein the insulating layer 2 insulates a conductor.
