<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an operating state of each of a plurality of shield boxes. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus 2 for performing an operating test of a wireless apparatus 10 has a storage means 21 for storing its own recognition information (manufacturing number) acquired externally, and is provided with a plurality of shield boxes 7 capable of opened/closed to shield wireless apparatuses 10 against an external electromagnetic wave and contain them. Each shield box 7 has an opening/closing detection section 22 for detecting its own number of opening/closing times and the storage means 21 stores the opening/closing information by the opening/closing detection section 22. A tester 9 is connected to each shield box 7 via a changeover device 8. The tester 9 can acquire the information stored in the storage means 21 and conducts the operating test of each wireless apparatus 10. Thus, the arrangement state and the number of opening/closing times of each shield box 7 are managed and a deteriorating state of a shield spring of each shield box 7 can be grasped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
