PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable optical apparatus provided with an internal main frame, an optical system mount board, and an electronic control circuit board wherein the mount layout of the optical system mount board and the electronic control circuit board with respect to the inner main frame is contrived so as to be able to directly mount many more components and component units on the internal main frame. SOLUTION: The mobile optical apparatus is provided with: the internal main frame 10; the optical system mount board 12 and the electronic control circuit board 14. The internal main frame is provided with a first support means (24<SB>1</SB>, 24<SB>2</SB>, 24<SB>3</SB>, 24<SB>4</SB>) to support the optical system mount board; and a second support means (28<SB>1</SB>, 28<SB>2</SB>, 28<SB>3</SB>, 28<SB>4</SB>) to support the electronic control circuit board, and the first and second support means are configured to place the optical system mount board between the internal main frame and the electronic control circuit board.
