PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an input range of an A-D converter while a necessary measuring accuracy of an azimuth angle measuring apparatus is assured. SOLUTION: The azimuth angle measuring apparatus outputs an input range regulating offset value 7b to a subtracter 3, calculates a difference between an output of a Hall element 1 output from an amplifier 2 and the offset value 7b by the subtracter 3, applies the output of the element 1 from which the offset value 7b is subtracted to the A-D converter 4, and A-D converts the output by the converter 4.
