PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel having an electrode structure for inspecting electric failure in the state of a large area liquid crystal panel, and to provide a device for inspecting the liquid crystal panel, and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device using the same. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel comprises a substrate provided with lots of unit substrate area including a plurality of gate lines and data lines formed intersecting each other at right angles, 1st and 2nd metallic lines formed in a column and row on the side end parts of the substrate, a column short-circuit bar which shorts the plurality of gate lines and is electrically connected to the 2nd metallic line, and a row short-circuit bar which shorts the plurality of data lines and is electrically connected to the 1st metallic line.
