PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plated steel sheet for an electromagnetic wave shield which has increased corrosion resistance while securing the electromagnetic wave shield properties characteristic of a Cu plated steel sheet. SOLUTION: As a first layer, an Ni plated layer with a film thickness of≥0.05μm is formed on both sides of a base steel sheet; as a second layer, a Cu plated layer with a film thickness of≥0.2μm is formed on the both sides; as a third layer, a chemical conversion treatment film by using benzotriazole is formed on the both sides; and, as a fourth layer, a resin coated layer with a film thickness of≤3μm is formed on the both sides or its one side, in this order.
