PURPOSE:To make the retry processing easy by inhibiting generation of a new pointer when a specific micro instruction is read out from a storage part and inhibiting update at the output time and holding the instruction and the pointer for a prescribed time related to contents of the instruction by this inhibition. CONSTITUTION:A pointer (e) is inputted to a storage part 10, and a specific micro instruction is read out and is stored in a register 20, and simultaneously, a control signal (f) and a signal (g) designating the number of execution cycles are inputted to an update inhibition control part 110, and the control part 110 outputs an update inhibiting signal (h) to a register 50 to inhibit the write of new data. The pointer of the specific micro instruction is held in the register 50 as it is, and this inhibition control is continued for a time corresponding to the number of cycles deignated by the signal (g). In the following cycle, the control part 110 inhibits the write of new data to the register 20 by the input of a control signal f' and generates a control signal to execute contents of the instruction during this time. |
