PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate road management and correlation setting/updating operations between a sensor to be arranged in a road management area and a CCTV camera even in a case that the set place of the CCTV camera is different from that of the sensor arranged in the road management area. SOLUTION: A road manager establishes a management group 61 of an optional area which can be easily managed, and a road information system 10 manages roads by the unit of the established management group 61 to easily perform the road management. When a rain gauge 18, a seismic intensity gauge 19 and a CCTV camera 20 are newly and additionally arranged in the road management area, a correlation setting/updating operation among the gauges 18, 19 and the camera 20 can be easily performed.
