PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixing strength of an engine cover and suppress deterioration in serviceability, while suppressing the increase of the number of part items. SOLUTION: A filler cap 14 closing an oil-filling port formed on a cylinder head cover 2 and an engine cover 3 covering the cylinder head cover 2 and forming an opening capable of inserting the filler cap 4, are provided. The oil filling port is arranged near the one end side 2c of the cylinder arrangement direction arranging a timing belt 10 and the inside diameter of the opening is set up so that the engine cover is located on an oil seal part of the peripheral edge part of the oil filling port, the engine cover 3 is pinched and fixed with the filler cap 4 on the oil seal part by inserting and fixing of the filler cap 4 to the oil filling port. The filler cap 4 is used as the fixing member of the engine cover 3 as well, and the fixing strength of the engine cover 3 is improved without increasing fixing members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
