PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for pressing a hand-held massage instrument on a user's own back. SOLUTION: A holder body 20 for holding the body of the massage instrument consists of four front, rear, left and right rod-like support bodies 21a and 21b and three U-shaped metal wire springs 22 for skewering and connecting the rod-like support bodies. The rod-like support bodies 21 are made of plastics, and the inner surface is curved so that the support bodies closely abut to the side surfaces of the massage instrument body when holding the massage instrument 10.
