<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of the harness of a load sensor due to the advancing and retreating of the ball screw shaft by providing a load sensor detecting the load of a friction pad on the ball screw shaft of a ball screw mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The ball screw mechanism 16 is constituted by screwing the ball screw shaft 38 generating the pressing force to the pressing member pressing friction pads 3, 4 to the ball screw nut 34 rotated by the electric motor 15. The load sensor 48 detecting the load of the friction pads 3, 4 is provided on the tip of the ball screw shaft 38. The length of the harness 50 of the load sensor 48 inserted in the hollow part 41 inside the ball screw shaft 38 is made to be more than the sum of the formed length of the hollow part 41 and the maximum moving length of the advancing and retreating of the ball screw shaft 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
