PURPOSE: A fine adjusting device of a flat display panel type image display is provided to level a right height with a left height in installing the flat display panel type image display on the surface of a wall, thereby realizing the accuracy of the installation. CONSTITUTION: A fixed bracket is fixed on the surface of a wall. A movable bracket is fixed on a rear surface of an image display and is combined slidably on the fixed bracket. A fine adjusting device is fixed at the fixed bracket and is connected with the movable bracket, so that the movable bracket slides within a certain range. The fine adjusting device includes a fine adjusting bolt(17) moving forward and backward within a certain range, a hook bracket(18) caught by a groove of the fine adjusting bolt for inter-working with the fine adjusting bolt, and a sliding bracket(26) combined with the hook bracket for inter-working with the hook bracket.
