METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTEGRATED INK JET PRINT HEAD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an integrated ink jet print head is provided to simplify processes and remove misalignments of each component by integrating components as a nozzle, an ink chamber, and a restrictor to a base plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an integrated ink jet print head is composed of steps of forming an ink chamber(126) and a restrictor by etching the upside of a base plate(121); filling filling-materials in the ink chamber and the restrictor without a stepped part with the surface of the base plate; forming a nozzle(145) by etching a protective layer(140) and a heat protecting layer(130) after forming the heat protecting layer, a heater(135) and the protective layer on the front of the base plate; forming an oxide layer on the opposite side of the base plate and then forming a manifold by etching the oxide layer and the base plate; and communicating the manifold with the nozzle by removing the filling-materials filled in the ink chamber and the restrictor through the manifold.
